Crazy "college" font !!!

Hi! This a great font. Trying to use it for a unique coach's gift I am creating....I installed the font on my Mac, El Capitan and I see it in the font list, but when I changed the font in the words "Coach Nicole", only the C and the N are in this new font, all of the other characters are all boxes. Any idea as to what the problem is? Thanks!

I want to buy this font????
