Depends what you want to do with it. You can't sell the font itself (possibly but not necessarily packaged together with other fonts). However, pretty much anything else, like embedding it into your corporate website, shipping it together with your software product for use with that, using it in print (be it your book, a flyer, or whatever) is allowed. But, if you ship the font file, you must also ship the license file. Even if you convert it to some other format, or make changes to it.

Just to clarify it I am allowed to use it on my corporate website and use it to perform advertising, ads, print and so on?

So if this font was used in my software for example, would I have to include a license file alongside the software?
