can you fix that

I dont wanna ruin anyones fun but the typeface fr-bold is a licenced font that you are stealing from somebody. Ive seen it many places like at Kohl's on this gel pen packaging. Im surprised that nobody has noticed this yet. I just dont know what the licenced font is called though, I wish I knew.

Sorry, I meant at Kohl's and separately on a gel pen package.

How can I know what kind of license this font have?
In particular Fr-Bold.

Seven years late, but FR-Bold appears to be based Insignia by Linotype.
