Engineering Plot

This is a great Leroy style font. However, the internal name is not "Engineering Plot" but simple "New." Most of my software, including Font Book, show it as "New." Also, I am getting a few validation errors.

I wish there was a lower case, bold, and italic version!

Hi, I love this font. I want to use it commercially for some graphics. Is it free?
