Delitsch Antiqua

This font was incorrectly attributed to Manfred Klein, but it was designed by her close contributor and friend Petra Heidorn, who designed the lower-case letters based on Klein's "Delitsch Initialen" (both fonts were done in 2004).
It is part of the "Pirates and Fonts" loose and informal group of font designers.
