If you’re seeking a commercial license you will not likely to get a response here, as the fonts were probably posted by someone who doesn't have the rights to them. Apple Garamond https://fontsinuse.com/typefaces/7708/apple-garamond was commissioned by Apple, Inc. for their own use.
