I notice abeatbyKai is free for personal use only. May we have permission to use it in church publications? We will not receive any revenue from using it in our church bulletins, etc.

Of course this guy copied the font used by BEATS BY DR DRE!! Don't be silly people! This guy just took the font and reproduced the whole alphabet. Of course it will look exactly the same. But here the case is that BEATS BY DR DRE got copied!

Or do you think APPLE was stupid enough not to do any research and pay $3BILLIONS for his company???

There are free and open source substitutes for this font like "URW Gothic L" and "Evolventa". I don't think you'll need commercial licensing for those.
