This font used to be called Manuscript Capitals and is in the Solotype catalog as Daisy.
Fonts In Use doesn't know about any digital version, but I've been told this is a recent font sample, so I wondered if anyone had seen it e.g. on Creative Market or even here.

Might not be a font, but lettering based on French Script.

"eneral" is in Planet Kosmos. The G is from something else. The rest is probably Arial Bold Italic.
