I am not sure this is a font. The two Cs and two Is are too different...
If I was faking this, I'd use Rage Italic and take a marker to it to modify it.

Sorry I cannot find you a link - Letterhead Fonts stopped carrying this. It was called Brewers LHF.

The letter shapes seem to match up to Concielian Classic - so if no one finds you and exact match, perhaps an eraser can help you match this up perfectly.
