I haven't a clue. But I did come across Stormbringer which is similar. Maybe the same designer?

Sorry I cannot find you a link - Letterhead Fonts stopped carrying this. It was called Brewers LHF.

The letter shapes seem to match up to Concielian Classic - so if no one finds you and exact match, perhaps an eraser can help you match this up perfectly.
