The sloppy (HOUSTON POPUP, MAY 29-30) one does not appear to be a font. Three different Ps and two different Us.
Pixel - it is Baker Signet - but it was made by Image Club (The M gave it away)

The distress was added by the designer, because repeating letters do not have the same markings. I think they took Directors Gothic 210, maybe Medium or Bold -- and had fun.
