I'm sorry - the A and R is wrong for Arial - this is Helvetica.
I had to blow it up to see what was going on...
I do believe it to be Titillium, and you hopefully have it in your font collection already.

"alcon" is in Vivaldi - no doubts...

English though it also matches Shelley Andante - chalk it up to different manufacturers of the same font with different names most of the time...
