The face was Cartoon - and was originally sold by Image Club - that has been out of business for years. Some of IC's fonts are on myfonts.com - but unfortunately not Cartoon. The Font Co. use to sell it - but I just checked - and it goes to a 404 page...

The R and the dot on the i were customized. The base font used was Baker Signet.

I do not know where the designer got the fancy MiKk - but the rest is Perpetua.
