for the font it looks like Cheltenham Pro Condensed Ultra, but looks more thin and has a weird "R" shape. for the number, it looks like columbia serial bold, but its "3" shape is different (the top is flat, not curved).

I think the wavy top on the 7 may be just creases in the shirt.
