which is close to Palace Script http://myfonts.us/td-uhNbKP
which makes me thing someone may have used Artscript as a base. http://myfonts.us/td-CPKiaD

I hope someone here knows if an actual font was used. It would be interesting. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
