I'm looking for this one as well. I could manipulate few letters but mostly I need it for numbers. It's really a unique font, narrow, long, brush effect only on tips/bottoms and a little effects on edges

Pretty sure the erosion was added in your average vector software, as both "L" are different.
The whole graphics was treated the same way. The clean eye & dots were added afterward.
