Is there a way to filter fonts by most downloaded in each category?

Not sure what you mean by "filter", but on each category, you can sort by Popularity / Name / Newest
By default, sort is set on "Popularity".
("Popularity" is based on the previous day's number of downloads, not "all time")

There's no way to achieve this.
You can see the All-time Top Authors if you want to, but not the All-time Top Fonts.
