I THINK IS VIVA LIGHT, VIVA FONT WAS MADE IN 1993 AND THE PATENT SHOULD BE EXPIRED RIGHT?

i am doing my own research so i first found out it looks like viva and i posted than i found the year of the patent and i posted so other people dont need to research again, i type big so they can see it well and dont cofuse it with a comment.
