"Wave" font name, please?

It's not a font. Italian designer who likes to be called "The Overglow" says:
"Those are not fonts unfortunately. I designed those letters from scratch, and the "wave" part is a handwriting I draw and scanned!"

Are there similar fonts that are close to the "RETRO" text above?

Hi, the "R" glyph is different but with little effort You can edit it to Your needs, try "Hauser", "Barbara" or "Commando". All available here for free.
