This is the current nameplate/logo of The Daily Dot, a digital media company that has covered Internet culture and life on the web since 2011. It replaced an earlier version in a different style of blackletter.

A simplified and lively contemporary style of blackletter that shares some features with Seb Lester's blackletter alphabet for The Daily Telegraph. Note for example the swash tail on _y_.


AFAIK The Daily Dot letters have not been made into a font.
