At first glance - I thought this was the New York Post banner (the one we've hated for years, because the designer put the drop shadow on in a direction we are not use to) but it isn't - this was made by someone imitating it - the K is different.

It looks like you can modify the Google font named Oswald Bold 700 - to get your desired effect.
