It is in fact a mix of Headline HPLHS and Headline One HPLHS. The first AY in OKAYPLAYER is Headline HPLHS, the second is Headline One HPLHS

On second thought, Headline HPLHS (aka Headline HPLHS One) and Headline One HPLHS are almost identical. It is just that the copy here on dafont has no kerning pairs. Therefore the wide AY gap.
