It's called IFC Insane Rodeo Font. Of course there are other Western fonts that COULD look like this logo, but this is the closest by far, I think.

I looked into both options. IFC Insane Rodeo has pointy points (??? for lack of a better word!) where as the 1873 Winchester font has rounded points in the text like the sample. Thank you.
