I couldn't find anything like this the other day when I went looking for it.
However, if you are up to a substitute - Balloon Drop Shadow - manually back slanted so it is up straight - and a few lines erased, might do the trick for PART. http://myfonts.us/td-7v1Ayl
And something like the heaviest weight of Vag Rounded - outlined manually - for the 09
