The letters match those of High Jinks except for the "U" between the E and A.

That letter could be a modified V but it is very likely that it is a modified 4

Grock is shown on pages 27 & 28 of the Art Deco book. The font is in the accompanying CD.

Grock comes with Dan Solo's 24-fonts Art Deco book + cd that was published by Dover Publication. The book might still be available online but make sure it is the 24-font book with CD.

When you get to abfonts, click on the 2011 tab and scroll down the list and look for 07.29 Cathedral

You can also click on the Extra tab and choose Fonts List. Scroll down to find the font

The curls and swirls are most likely alternates. It does not matter whether you use the TTF or OTF. What format to use is your preference and which works best with your program. Your program must support OT features, or an alternative method like a glyph palette, to access those alternates. Microsoft Word has insert symbols to access those alternates. See if your program has a similar feature.
