I'm on CS6 on Mac OS 10.11.6, using FontXplorer X pro as a font manager and have just installed and used 18th century without problems.
Is this a problem with High Sierra and the Font Book version that installs with? Or a problem with Illustrator CC?

Call me crazy, but this is the font

Snickers

I think OP may already have considered and ruled out Snickers. "Don't suggest the "Snickers" Font." (Take a close look at the 'K')

I suspect that this will be custom since Mars can afford such for branding. I'm old enough to remember when this chocolate bar was called Marathon, and was bigger. If you wanted to emulate it, a starting point might be this (Not the 'font').

This looks like 'Flash', but is probably pre digital (movie released in 1980) so probably Letraset rub on type (that being more 'punk').

Several digital cuts are available, here's just one…

"On Her Majesty's Secret Service" looks to be based on Bradley, an old (1895) design. There are a couple of cuts /revivals (Pro Fonts, DS) of it, but none I have come across is an exact match to the cover, so either it's a font not known to me, but based on Bradley, or the posted sample has been customised from an existing cut of Bradley.
Here a Public domain / GPL / OFL cut of Bradley which could 'serve as raw material'.

The rest looks like Impact, a system font on your OS.

The real font please !

It's a commercial product. If you want it, buy it. If not, find a 'free' alternative. You wouldn't walk into a Starbucks™ and demand a free skinny latte, so why would you expect to get a free font family. (a coffee takes about 30 seconds to make, a font can take years of development)
Here's the real font…
