The letters don't match. Most likely handwritten and no a font.
Are you sure this is a font? The Rs, Es, Is don't match when repeated.
Si e Cia was set in Snell Roundhand, fattened up by stroke and then slightly condensed manually
I'm pretty sure this is Klondike. Someone solidified it and fattened it up.

It uses an alternate l that use to be part of the font.

Looks like Aachen Bold that someone drew a few lines through to make it look like a stencil font.

Scroll down around 25 or so fonts - you'll see Merriwick - that's it.
