@ Tomás Silcher - Bodoni SH Bold Italic has a different lowercase 'y,' from that Bodoni family, the correct typeface name would be Bodoni SH-XBold Italic.

I can identify only one of the fonts in question, the hand written style font at the bottom of the image is Hand of Sean.
