Got it, I think. Regular weight.
The sample is rotated a little from the original.
The sample has some small modifications, but it started from Cihuy.
Police identifiée : Cihuy There is also a soft version of Podium. The initial C and the trailing S were modified, of course.
This might be it. It comes with a stroked version for the outlining, and a distressed (“Tex”) version, although more distressed than your sample.
For the author’s name, it’s Cinzel. And for the book title, Cinzel Decorative.

This one is closer, I think, but for the fancy n. They do share that D.
