Does anyone know what font is? I found smth similar but not the same as this.

Looks like "Structurosa" by pauldhunt from FontStruct which is based on the site's logo, but it's not the same font as used in your request. You can easily create almost identical font on FontStruct all by yourself.

Note that the grid effect doesn't seem like a part of the font.
