Surely a lot of people here will know about it? How do I add new fonts to PicsArt?

I have not used PicsArt so I do not know how to use it. I guess it uses fonts like any other Windows programs.

Install a font in Windows (https://www.dafont.com/faq.php#win) and then open PicsArt. You should see the font you just installed in PicsArt's font menu.
