hah nevermind thanks a lot for telling me the font but is it not on dafont or something? If it is its not called avant i guess...

no, it's not on dafont.
it's a commercial font only.

It's:

C and G's are oriented in the same way, you're right.

but Birth of a Hero has some used effects applied on the font. Those effects are not on the tshirt image.
Birth of a Hero is just an Avant Garde with an applied filter.
