When I install the two files of Capture It (Mac OSX), the Fontbook software thinks they are the same font and labels them in conflict. Sad, but true. Is there any work around for this?

A naming problem. When the unique font identifiers are different you won't have this problem. Change those.

KateG, check your private messages. I think I have found a solution, but you'll need to test it on your own, as I am on PC, rather than Mac.
