anyone know how i can make that effect on font in gimp or photoshop? or it is diffrent font?

Hmm maybe you could use select the text with the magic wand and brush it a bit till you get something very similar?

it looks like effect, i dont think that i can do that with magic wand

I personally would have selected the letters with magic wand and used brushes to create that style of effect
