I'm not even sure if it's a font, but these are kind of similar.

And..

First, I disagree on both suggested fonts. Secondly, even though it is a logo, they might have used electronic fonts (maybe proprietary) in its creation -- note the "l"s and "t"s.

It's not a font. I'm a huge Hello Kitty fan, and their is no font available for use as this is a custom job for Sanrio. CAC Pinafore is the closest you're going to get.
