.vef is a CAM file, not a font for print or screen. So in your CAD software you need to make a plotter output. Grab, vectorize, import into a font making program and generate the font. That is, glyphs only. That was easy. Now comes the tedious work of getting the bearings perfect and finally do the kerning adisting. Have fun.
Other, maybe easier way out, plot some characteristic characters, scan or make a screen-dump and post the pict here for ID. You never know what we may find.
