The font is embedded as "TiffanyRegular", but its name in the file is "Sterling Text". So... where is the truth ?

Yes, I found that. This is in the Roman family...I'm sure it's a dedicated font designed for them. I would like to know of one that is similar, I've seen this kind of font before several times but I don't know the names of them. Google search is not helping!

This one has the same feel.

I think it might be Garamond, but it seems too thick to be. Not sure.

Thanks everybody! I found one that I like on Google Webfonts, actually a couple. Serif: Bentham and Sans Serif: Puritan. I wanted a font that could be clear at headline level and uneven at text level, and both of these do that.
