Looks good to me, but I'm puzzled by the ampersand. This modified, do you think?

You are right this symbol does not match the font of the image

I suppose that since it's an old font (1992) it's possible the one used in the OPs sample is a clone or equally possible that whoever set the sample modified it or used one from another font…

The "Y" doesn't match either, it looks like a "clone" or ancestor of Huxley doesn't it ?

Still, it's something very similar.
