I'm using font book to organize my fonts and to view logo type in different fonts.

I added a few of my own "collections" and have begun sorting my fonts by clicking them and dragging the font name into the category.

Unfortunately, my hand slipped and I dragged a serif font into the sans serif collection! OH NO!

Problem is, I can't figure out how to remove a font from a particular collection. When I click the font name and hit delete, font book wants to delete the font completely, not just remove it from the collection.

Does anyone know how to remove a font from a "collection" in font book?

Try to delete it completely, then re-download it and put it where you need to!

I also agree with the fontish. You should have to delete it and then download it again.
