Hey dr3amchase, Freehand 471 BT is probably a rip-off of Cascade Script, as Cascade is commercial, and Freehand is free...

Freehand 471 is not free and it's the same font as Cascade Script, both by the same designer http://new.myfonts.com/person/Matthew_Carter/

PS. I don't see the problem with Commercial Script
