Write every letter separately, add a stroke to them, rotate them the way you want, and simply add a "Drop Shadow" in the "Layer Style"

I am self taught and understand all that excepy "Layer Style" ?? How do I do this please ??

If you double-click on a layer, in the "Layer" window, it opens the "Layer Style" menu, where you can add the drop shadow. Otherwise, select the layer you want to add the drop shadow, and in the above toolbar, select "Layer", then "Layer Style", then "Drop Shadow"
