I see automatic identifiers don't even get you something similar and this is not the same, but autotrace double from the one and only Neville Broody has similar couple of spikes on the a. Look into typefaces inspired by him, this kind of thing was popular in the 90s indeed.

Hey idk if you check this after so many days, yesterday I was looking at ITC catalog and found Timothy Donaldson's color series that while not the same, are similar and bring a similar vibe. Orange has the most photographic look, Green and Pink look more like a cardboard cutout, might help you find more.
