This is from a poster. I tried lots but none match it. Closest could be Avant Garde, but the ' is different, neither ITC's or Bitstream version match it either, so might be a modified symbol. It might also be some geometric from one of those independent foundries like Pangram Pangram, zetafonts, atipo...

Avant Garde looks right to me, too. The apostrophe maybe came from somewhere else, or they modified a character
