Try this font "Komunikat FA" designed by Fontarte. (2004)

Komunikat FA design was based on the sketch of unique lettering from 1932 [https://static.contemporarylynx.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/1-6.jpg] made by Władysław Strzemiński, Polish vanguard abstract painter, an artist and a typographer.

The logo of Łódź was chosen in a competition, was won by Justyna Żychalska from the Pheno agency. (2011)
She said :"When designing, I was inspired by the Łódź avant-garde, in particular the work of Władysław Strzemiński and his alphabet, an innovative font that he created in the 1930s"
