I cannot find a legitimate site for it, but I believe this is Lucerne Italic.

The typeface is a knock-off of Lucida Calligraphy. The person who made it stole Lucida Calligraphy.

Yes, but unfortunately, the modified letters match the original sample. Under USA law, as long as three characters are changed, it is a new font. Sorry. However, it's nice knowing the legitimate typefounders will not touch it!
