What is this font?

Similar to Old School United except for the "S". Also similar to Giza Stencil CAPS but I cannot find a non-stencil version.

It's an old version of frd's Old School United.
A newer version is available here: https://www.dafont.com/old-school-united.font?text=TRINITY+HILLERS (different S, and probably many other differences... i'll let frd explain)
