When you start creating a new font using FontCreator, you can import built-in outlines for some common characters. The numbers you showed us are part of the characters.

What akira1975 says is most of the fonts by lazy designers will contain these default numbers.

Ignore letters. Just numbers.

That's what I said, most of the fonts by this author have this number design.
That's because of default FontCreator numbers, as akira1975 said.
