All these ugly Experimental Serif fonts remind me of the wave of Experimental Sans Serif fonts from the 2010s (remember https://experimentalsans.tumblr.com ?)

Last decade, it was mostly used for electro music festivals and such.
This decade, these fonts are mainly used by and for the KPop kidz.
