Anybody know what this rare and unique font is? I've seen it constantly in a few trailers and opening credits--this image in partuclar came from the Cat in the Hat theatrical trailer.
Unfortunately, i can't seem to find any matches on font uploader. Could someone please identify it for me and ASAP?

i hope this image is good enough quality because this is the third time i've tried to post this forum. You have no idea how frustrating that is.
So okease instead of deleting please help me identify.
