Hello everyone

I am just unreasonably curious as to what is the annoyingly simple font that Springer is using for the backmatter of its eBooks, but I have not (to my surprise) had any luck identifying what *exacty* the name of the font is. I will be very grateful should someone with more experience than me helps me in this regard. I have attached a sample of the text in this simple, mysterious font.
